Some Senior Dancers act as teaching assistants allowing Ann more individual time with students.

Watertown Classes are held in the Empsal's Plaza on Friday evenings from September through June .

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Advanced and Champions
*Note: Please arrive for your class 5-10 minutes early in order to prepare (dancing shoes, stretching, etc.) Classes will start promptly.

Class Attire: loose comfortable clothing (preferably shorts-this enables Ann to better view the dancer's legs) no jeans and hair should be pulled back off the face. Irish Ghillies (soft shoes or "reel" shoes) are REQUIRED, beginner dancers may purchase inexpensive BLACK ballet shoes. Ann will advise you when a student is ready for "hard shoes".

Class Observation:

It is too distracting for both the student and teacher. A "Parent in Charge" is always present during lessons and can usually answer most of your questions.

Performances: Although there is no end of the year recital, your child will have ample opportunity to perform. Those that are ready, will be able to participate in the Irish Festival shows.

Black Pants, White Button down shirt, Black Tie, and Black Socks which my be purchased at any retail store.

For our little ones who are unable to get a small enough jumper, a white "Peter-Pan Collar" blouse and green skirt can be worn. The school provides the material for the skirt, and the blouse can be purchased at JC Penney, Sears, or any other store which sells school uniforms. Black ballet shoes may also be worn until your child is ready for ghillies.

After your child has mastered the beginner steps, Ann will advise you when your child is ready for hard shoes. The cost for beginner hard shoes starts at $85.00.

Used items are often available at a much lower price.
